"We are open year round."
Trackrock Campground and Cabins is a 300 acre paradise of meadows, hayfields, and woodlands in the shadow of Brasstown Bald, Georgia's highest point. Completely isolated from all other commercial developments, the property is bordered on three sides by National Forest. Great care is taken to preserve the natural environment. Wildlife, flowers, and flowering shrubs are abundant throughout the campground and surrounding area.
There are 95 level, shaded, uncrowded campsites with water and electricity. Some sites are pull-through, and about half have sewer hookups as well. Bath houses located in the camping area are kept spotless and are equipped with hot showers.

One and two bedroom cabins are available for those who prefer not
to camp. The cabins are fully furnished, including kitchens,
and have covered porches,
picnic tables and grills.
The office and recreation building, or Talking House (guests just
naturally seem to congregate there in the evenings) also offers a laundry
facility, ice, firewood, and LP gas.
Trackrock, opened in 1966, is still owned and operated by its founders,
the Alexander family. Their personal interest in their guests
- along with the
unique beauty and facilities of Trackrock - brings you
back time after time. So come with your family to Trackrock and
enjoy the special
hospitality of
the Alexanders and the most relaxing, refreshing outdoor experience
ever. We have added a Foto
Gallery so you can see Trackrock
in all seasons of the year. Enjoy!
